Meet Gonzales
Gonzales sets his stories in and around San Antonio. Book two, Curse of The Cannon, is set in the nearby town of Gonzales, Texas as well as San Antonio. He enjoys referencing familiar land- marks, streets and business establishments. He believes local residents and even those who have visited the location of the setting can better enter the story and identify with the landmarks and streets that are familiar to them. The third book in the Joe Gun Series is a flashback in time to an earlier investigation story titled Blood Lake, and is a project still in progress. The setting for this book ranges from San Antonio to Houston to Corpus Christi area.
Joseph has developed personal talents in the areas of art, music and writing. He finds that embracing multiple talents and interests at once combats both writer’s block and boredom. A typical day consists of 5-minute sketches of people while out for breakfast in the morning; then home to write on whatever project is before him. Evening is his time for music – song writing and guitar practice.

And take it is just what they plan to do! It’s supposed to be a simple heist, but things go wrong from the start. Now they are caught in a painful evil web they must follow through to the end.
